For the Love of Pork: Walden Butcher Shop Event Series Begins!

We had a blast this week in our Boston butcher shop breaking down a beautiful side of pasture-raised pork step-by-step. Wielding sharp knives and cooking tips abound, Head Butcher Tommy Trainor along with Krissy Scommegna explained the origins of this beautiful pig, and demonstrated how an entire side becomes the many cuts you find in our display case and in your monthly share.
