Ever buy grass-fed meat from a grocery store?

It's certainly better for you, for the cow, and for the environment than the industrial feedlot alternative, but it is pretty astonishing that even though there are wonderful producers right here in our backyard, the grocery stores that do stock grass-fed beef often ship it all the way from Missouri, or even all the way across the Pacific, from New Zealand or Australia!
